What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implants?

All-on-4 uses four titanium implants per arch to support a full-arch prosthesis; All-on-6 uses six, spreading load more evenly. All-on-6 is typically recommended for a stronger bite or lower bone density. Your surgeon recommends one after reviewing your CT scan and bone assessment, so your X-ray decides, not the price.

How many trips do I need, and how long do I stay?

Two trips: about 6 days for the first visit (assessment, surgery and temporary bridge), then 3–6 months of healing at home, then about 6 days for the second visit, when the final bridge is fitted. Hotel and VIP transfers are included in your plan.

Do I leave the first trip with fixed teeth?

Yes. Most All-on-4 and All-on-6 procedures use immediate loading ('teeth in a day'): a temporary fixed bridge is placed on the day of surgery, so you fly home with a full set of teeth. It is replaced by the final zirconia or porcelain prosthesis on your second visit.

What warranty do I get?

Full-arch treatment carries a written warranty: lifetime on the titanium implant fixture and 5 years on the crowns and bridge. It is conditional on non-smoking, treated gum health and regular maintenance visits; the binding terms are in your treatment agreement.
