Package pricing exists for a good reason: one written price for the whole treatment beats a quote that grows every time you sit in the chair. But packages are also how bad actors upsell — putting a bonding candidate into a 20-veneer "Hollywood smile" because the package margin is bigger.

We review your photos or X-rays first, then recommend the package that fits — and sometimes that means telling you a smaller, cheaper treatment is the right answer, or that Turkey isn't the right option for your case at all. Are there hidden costs in Turkish dental packages?
There shouldn't be — and this is exactly where cheap-headline packages catch patients out. NexWell quotes flag common add-ons upfront: implant brand upgrades, bone grafting if your CBCT requires it, extended hotel stays, and additional imaging. If a treatment plan changes after clinical assessment, the price change is explained before anything happens.
Which dental package is right for me?
It depends on your teeth, not on the package price. Bonding suits healthy teeth with cosmetic flaws; veneers suit discoloured or worn front teeth; All-on-4 or All-on-6 suits failing dentition or full-arch tooth loss. How long do I need to stay in Turkey for a dental package?
Composite bonding is completed in a single day (2-day trip). A veneer smile makeover takes 5–7 days in one visit. Full-mouth implants need two visits: 5–7 days for surgery, then 3–5 days for the final bridge after 4–6 months of healing at home.
Do packages include flights?
No. Flights are not included in NexWell packages — patients book their own, and your coordinator synchronises clinic appointments with your arrival before you book. UK–Istanbul return flights are widely available from most major airports.
Which implant brands are used in the implant packages?
NexWell partner clinics use internationally certified systems including Straumann (Switzerland), Nobel Biocare (Sweden/USA), BEGO (Germany), and Osstem (South Korea). You receive documentation of the brand, system and batch number for any future maintenance in the UK.
Is a cheap dental package in Turkey safe?
Price alone tells you very little — the questions that matter are who the clinician is, which accreditation the clinic holds, and what happens if something goes wrong. NexWell only coordinates with JCI-accredited Istanbul clinics and board-certified dentists, and every package includes named aftercare contact. If a package deal elsewhere looks too cheap to cover those things, it probably doesn't.
