Facial Proportion & Golden Ratio Analyzer
Scan your face with your phone for an instant golden-ratio, symmetry, proportion and skin-surface score — entirely on your device, no photos uploaded. This is an aesthetic pre-assessment, not a medical diagnosis.
How it works
Capture 3 angles
Front and both 3/4 views, guided on screen — scoring uses your front-facing capture.
On-device analysis
478 landmarks → proportions, symmetry and skin metrics, in your browser.
Get your score
An instant report with your golden-ratio, symmetry, proportion and skin-surface scores.
What it measures
- Golden ratio (φ) — face length/width, mouth/nose width, lip ratios
- Facial thirds & fifths balance
- Left–right symmetry (RMS deviation)
- Skin surface — redness, smoothness, shine, tone evenness (heuristic)
Frequently asked questions
How does the facial analysis tool work?
You capture your face from 3 angles using your phone camera. The tool detects 478 facial landmarks on-device and computes proportion metrics — facial thirds and fifths, golden-ratio relationships, and symmetry — plus a heuristic skin-surface read. Everything runs in your browser; no images are uploaded.
Is my photo uploaded or stored?
No. All processing happens on your device using the camera feed. Images are never uploaded or stored. Only a summary of your scores is sent — and only if you explicitly fill in the contact form and accept the privacy notice.
What does the golden ratio score mean?
The golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618) is a reference proportion used in aesthetic facial analysis. The tool compares measurements like face length-to-width and mouth-to-nose width against balanced reference ranges and reports closeness to the average — not a 'normal/abnormal' judgement.
What does the skin analysis measure?
Four heuristic surface metrics — redness, smoothness, shine/oil and tone evenness — sampled across four regions of your front-facing capture (forehead, both cheeks, T-zone). It's a lighting-dependent surface read, not an acne or lesion diagnosis.
How is the score calculated?
Each metric is scored on a 50–100 scale, never below 50, so a lower score always reads as 'further from reference' rather than a discouraging number. Proportion metrics (golden-ratio, thirds, symmetry) are scored against a balanced reference range, not against an 'ideal'; skin metrics are scored one-directionally (less redness, shine or unevenness reads higher). Your overall score is the average of your proportion metrics.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This is an aesthetic pre-assessment for information only. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation. For a definitive evaluation, consult a qualified physician.
What happens after I get my result?
If you'd like, a NexWell coordinator can review your scores and explain how a treatment plan might refine your proportions — treatment is then carried out directly at NexWell Clinics. There is no obligation.
