Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded, and where do they go?
Yes — unlike our facial analysis tool, this one uploads your 3 photos to a private, encrypted server so a Nexwell coordinator can review them. Photos are never made public and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This tool only collects photos and contact details. A human coordinator reviews them and sends you a treatment assessment. For a definitive evaluation, consult a qualified physician.
What happens after I submit my photos?
A Nexwell coordinator reviews your photos and sends your assessment directly to you on WhatsApp — no automated score or diagnosis is shown on screen.
What if the camera can't auto-capture a good angle?
The tool guides you with a live camera view and captures automatically once the angle looks right. If it doesn't work for you (older phone, lighting), you can always choose or take a photo manually instead — nothing forces you to use the live camera.
Is my data secure?
Photos and contact details are sent over an encrypted connection to a private storage bucket with no public access. You must explicitly accept the consent notice before anything is uploaded.
