Starting point
Complete tooth loss in both the upper and lower jaw, confirmed with a full oral exam and CBCT scan before any treatment was planned.
Treatment performed
Full-arch implants placed in both jaws, with a temporary fixed prosthesis fitted before returning home — planned and performed by our clinical team at a TEMOS-accredited facility in Istanbul.
Return home
Flew home after the first visit with a fixed, functioning temporary restoration already in place.
Follow-up
A follow-up check confirmed the temporary restoration was stable and healing was on track, ahead of the permanent prosthesis fitted on the second visit about three months later.

Not every case ends the same way — because not every case starts the same way. Here is why the plan changed.
Patient A
Good bone density meant the case could support corticobasal implants — a single 10-day visit, with the permanent fixed prosthesis placed by day 3.
Patient B
The case needed more healing time before a permanent restoration, so the team chose the conventional protocol — implants and a temporary fixed prosthesis on the first visit, then the permanent prosthesis about three months later.

Getting here only depends on your clinic appointment — you book your flight around it. Treatment itself follows one of two paths, based on your case.
Conventional implants
Two trips · about 3 months apart
Trip 1 (3–4 days) — implants placed on day 1 or 2; a temporary fixed prosthesis placed on day 2.
Fly home and recover for about 3 months with your temporary prosthesis.
Trip 2 (about a week) — permanent fixed prosthesis placed.
Corticobasal implants
One trip · 10 days in Istanbul
In some cases, based on your consultation, our doctors may ask you to have any remaining teeth extracted locally first — you'd then travel to Istanbul about 20 days later.
Day 1 — implants placed.
Day 3 — permanent fixed prosthesis placed, if your case allows it.
Fly home with your final result.
Once you're home, your NexWell Patient Coordinator is your point of contact for routine questions. If something needs attention before the planned second visit, they arrange it with the clinical team. If the extra visit is needed for a patient-related reason, you cover it yourself; if it's the result of a clinic error, NexWell covers your hotel and transfers for that visit.
