Treatment specialties
Partner clinics hold JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation or equivalent national accreditation recognised by Turkish health authorities. JCI is the same standard applied to leading hospitals in the US, UK, and Germany.
We verify that treating surgeons hold board certification in their specialty and, where relevant, advanced training from European or North American programmes. Many NexWell partner surgeons hold dual qualifications.
Clinics are assessed on imaging technology (3D CT, intraoral scanners, digital planning), sterility protocols, and lab partnerships. For dental cases, we verify that the ceramics lab supplying restorations meets international standards.
We do not work with clinics that hand patients off at the airport. Partner clinics must have structured aftercare protocols, documented follow-up processes, and the ability to manage complications if they arise.
Partner clinics must have active experience with international patients — English-language communication, multi-currency payment, travel-aware scheduling, and coordinators familiar with cross-border care logistics.
We review a clinic's track record including documented patient outcomes, complaint history, and independent review scores before adding them to the network. Performance is monitored on an ongoing basis.
Our network covers the most common medical tourism treatment areas. Clinics are segmented by specialty — a dental implant clinic is not used for bariatric surgery cases.
Clinic names are shared with patients during the quote and matching process, not on a public listing. This ensures patients are matched based on their specific case — not based on whichever clinic appears highest in a directory. It also protects partner clinics from unsolicited direct contact that bypasses the coordination process.
Clinic partnerships are reviewed continuously. If a clinic receives repeated quality complaints, fails to maintain accreditation, or changes its team or equipment materially, the partnership is paused or terminated pending reassessment.
