Founder & CEO

Onur Hiraca is a Turkish industrialist and entrepreneur, and the founder of NexWell (Nexwell Global Solutions) — a medical tourism coordination platform that connects international patients with vetted partner clinics in Turkey. His business interests span industry, healthcare, and finance. He first made his name in manufacturing as the founder of Transpet Kimya A.Ş. (2013–2015), one of the first AdBlue producers in Turkey, which he later sold. He went on to build and lead ventures including Silyon A.Ş. and ADA Portfolio Management, and — as a specialist in financial derivatives markets — brings deep financial expertise to his work. In health tourism he pairs digital-marketing know-how with hands-on experience as Foreign Sales Manager at Bergedent, an esthetic dentistry and implantology clinic in Istanbul, and has driven NexWell's growth across markets including Dubai, Istanbul, and Montenegro. A graduate of Akdeniz University with a B.B.A. in Economics, he leads NexWell's vision, strategy, and growth — building the platform and partner-clinic network that turns scattered, inconsistent options into a clear, coordinated treatment plan for patients traveling to Turkey.
