Sevda Civelek is a Board Member and Business Development Director at NexWell. A healthcare professional by training, she graduated from Istanbul University's Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing and holds an MBA from Beykent University. Over more than 22 years she has held management roles across health insurance, marketing, sales, and healthcare — working with international insurance companies and cooperating closely with hospitals, clinics, and dental clinics, alongside hands-on experience in hospitals and the medical tourism industry. She also serves as the Regional Office for Türkiye at Temos International, a global healthcare-accreditation organisation. At NexWell she leads business development and partnership strategy — building the vetted clinic network and strengthening the coordination model that connects international patients with the right treatment pathway in Turkey.
